Catalina Within offers complementary wellness services — nutritional therapy (“Nourish”), energy and nervous-system work (“Flow”), and holistic skincare treatments (“Glow”) — delivered online and in person. They support your general wellbeing and are not clinical or medical services.

All content and services are provided for educational and wellness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or cure, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. I am not a licensed medical provider, and using this site or these services does not create a doctor-patient or other clinical relationship.

Please consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any diet, supplement, medication, exercise, or health regimen — particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately and never delay seeking medical care because of anything you read or receive here.

For any facial or skincare treatment, you agree to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, and medications, and to follow patch-test and aftercare guidance. Some treatments have contraindications; please tell me about any concern so we can adapt or decline a treatment for your safety.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to make your own decisions, and to follow any guidance at your own discretion and risk. You assume the risks associated with wellness and lifestyle changes. Results are individual and are not guaranteed.

Bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
