Refund Policy

I want you to feel confident when booking with Catalina Within. This policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work. There is no federal “cooling-off” or automatic cancellation right for services or digital products booked online in the United States, so the terms below are my own policy.

Discovery calls

The complimentary introductory call is free of charge — there is no payment and no obligation to continue.

Payment for programs and sessions

Payment is due before your first session unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payment plans may be available on request.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session so I can offer the time to someone else. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may not be refundable.

Program refunds

If you choose to discontinue a multi-session program, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less the value of any materials or sessions already provided.

Digital products

Digital resources, guides, and downloads are non-refundable once they have been accessed or delivered.

Completed sessions

Sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable, as the service has been provided.

How refunds are made

Any refund due is made using the same payment method you used, within a reasonable time after it is approved.
