To respond to your enquiries, deliver and tailor the services you book, take payment, keep records, and maintain and improve this website. I use your information only for these business purposes.

Please note that as a wellness practitioner — not a licensed medical provider, and not billing health insurance electronically — I am generally not a “covered entity” under HIPAA, so the information you share is not protected health information under that law. Instead, I protect your health and wellness information under my own confidentiality practices: I keep it confidential, store it securely, use it only to support your care, and never sell it.

I do not sell or “share” your personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising), and I have not done so in the past 12 months. I disclose information only to service providers who help me run my practice (such as email, scheduling, and secure payment providers), for those business purposes only, and where the law requires it.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know and access the personal information I have collected; request that I delete it; request that I correct inaccurate information; opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (I do not sell or share it); limit the use of your sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide your services; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. If you live in another U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, you may have similar rights to access, correct, or delete your information. Please contact me and I will honor rights that apply to you.

I keep your information only as long as needed to provide services and to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations, and I take reasonable measures to keep it secure. This policy is reviewed and updated at least once every 12 months.
