One-on-One Care
Health challenges don’t develop overnight, and lasting change takes time. That’s why I work with clients through a thoughtfully structured 12-week program.
This timeframe is designed to support your body’s natural rhythms, allowing space for learning, integration, and meaningful progress. Over the course of these 12 weeks, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your body’s unique needs, build practical nutrition and lifestyle skills, and develop habits that support your specific wellness goals.
My role is to guide and support you throughout this process, while empowering you with knowledge and tools you can continue using long after our work together ends.
What's Included
Comprehensive Initial Consultation (90 minutes)
We start with a deep dive into your health story. Using a 303-point symptom analysis called the Nutrition Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), we uncover potential imbalances that conventional approaches may have missed. This session forms the foundation of your personalized wellness blueprint and allows me to understand your body, patterns, and priorities in depth.
Your Customized Wellness Blueprint & Plan Review (60 minutes)
Based on our initial consultation, I create a tailored wellness plan designed specifically for you. This is not a one-size-fits-all diet. It is a comprehensive strategy that may include nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations, all working synergistically with your unique body.
We review this plan together in a dedicated session, refine it as needed, and once aligned, you receive the finalized version to begin implementation.
Five Bi-Weekly Follow-Up Sessions (30–45 minutes each)
Creating lasting change is an ongoing process, and I support you throughout the journey. These follow-up sessions are where we fine-tune your personalized wellness protocol as we observe how your body responds over time.
We address challenges, adjust recommendations, and deepen your understanding of your body’s needs and signals. Think of these sessions as dedicated space for guidance, clarity, and accountability. My role is to guide, educate, and empower you as you implement and adapt your plan.
Ongoing Support Between Sessions
You’ll also have message and email support between sessions, so questions, updates, or concerns can be addressed as they arise. You are supported throughout the entire program, not just during scheduled calls.

A Closer Look at the NAQ
As part of your personalized journey, we'll use a powerful tool called Nutri-Q. This software helps us better understand your unique health needs by organizing detailed information you provide in a questionnaire called the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ).
The NAQ consists of hundreds of qualifying questions that cover various aspects of your current state of health. Once you complete it, Nutri-Q generates a Symptom Burden Graph, which visually represents the areas where your body may need the most support. The graph helps pinpoint specific foundations of health—such as your Nutrient-Dense Diet, Digestion, Blood Sugar Regulation, Sleep, and Stress Management—that may be affecting your well-being.
Additionally, the graph highlights how these foundational aspects are impacting different body systems, such as your Cardiovascular, Endocrine, Immune, Nervous, and Digestive systems, among others. Based on the results, I will work with you to develop a customized plan that focuses on addressing these foundational needs, helping your body restore balance and function optimally.
During our sessions, we will use the insights from the Symptom Burden Graph to guide recommendations, monitor progress, and ensure that the support you’re receiving is aligned with your bio-individual needs. It's a dynamic, ongoing process to help you achieve your health goals and feel your best.
